In this role, you will collaborate with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, optimize profitability, and ensure compliance with financial governance.ResponsibilitiesServe as the dedicated financial co-pilot to the Americas leadership team, translating regional business strategies into actionable, high-growth financial mapsProvide critical decision support for strategic initiatives, including cross-border IT delivery modeling, new market entries, and potential M&A/deal integrationsAct as a bridge between regional business operations and global corporate finance headquartersPartner with sales and account management teams to review, structure, and price complex, multi-million dollar IT services contracts (e.g., Time & Material, Fixed-Price, Managed Services models)Conduct margin analysis, risk assessment, and financial modeling for prospective client contracts to ensure sustainable profitabilityOwn the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and financial planning processes for the Americas entityDeliver deep-dive analysis on cost planning, bench management/utilization rates, resource pyramids, and operational variance to optimize the cost-to-serveDevelop intuitive executive dashboards tracking SaaS/IT metrics, KPIs, and operational performanceDirect strategies to optimize cash flow, manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and mitigate collections risks unique to the North American corporate marketOversee strategic financing arrangements, capital allocation, and treasury management within the regionEnsure adherence to local, state, and federal tax regulations in North America, while navigating transfer pricing arrangements between onshore (US) and offshore (Asia/Europe) delivery centersOversee corporate secretarial duties, localized legal entity maintenance, and statutory requirements for the regionSkills15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a heavy emphasis on Global IT Services, Software, or ITES industriesProven track record managing finance functions across international borders, specifically covering North America, Asia, and EuropeMaster's degree in finance, MBA, or professional certification such as a CPA, CA, or CFAExceptional proficiency in FP&A, financial structuring, and margin management within a utilization-driven business modelDeep understanding of revenue recognition principles for software and professional IT servicesExperience with working capital optimization and corporate secretarial governanceMastery of enterprise ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced financial modeling, and BI toolsCompany OverviewSpot Your Leader is the brainchild of a highly respected Recruitment Leader who has well rounded experience of working with search firms to Large and Mid-Size organisations Bringing this Seventeen years of experience in leadership & strategic hiring helping organisations fulfil positions from mid-level up to CXO level across North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East Africa Region and India, Our expertise includes contingent and retained searches both at Mid-level, Board, C & Executive level & Technical roles for clients across Technology areas , Infrastructure, Digital, Banking, Insurance, Retail & E-Commerce ,Consumer Products, Captive & Third Party Shared Service , Product Engineering Services.
