[Remote] Vice President Finance

This role is responsible for overseeing the full financial function, including P&L, cash flow, and strategic planning, while partnering with the CEO to enhance profitability and prepare for growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn company-wide P&L, cash flow, and financial performanceBuild and manage channel-level and product-level financial reporting (Amazon, TikTok Shop, DTC)Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across the businessDrive capital allocation decisions across marketing, inventory, and operationsImprove unit economics (CAC, MER, contribution margin) and overall profitabilityPartner with Growth, Supply Chain, and Ops to align financial strategy with executionSupport retail expansion from a financial planning and operations standpointBuild and scale the finance function, systems, and teamManage external partners (accounting, legal, banking) and investor communicationSkills5+ years in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance rolesExperience in high-growth DTC, e-commerce, or CPG businessesStrong understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin)Experience managing multi-channel businesses (DTC, marketplaces like Amazon)Proven track record of building financial models, forecasts, and reporting systemsExperience supporting rapid scaling and operational complexityStrong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business decisionsCompany OverviewDimond Connect provides e-commerce recruitment with sourcing, screening, and placement on a contingency basis.
