[Remote] Vice President Finance

Discover International is a publicly traded leader in nuclear medicine and isotope production, seeking a finance leader to shape the future of patient care. The Vice President of Finance will oversee accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and finance operations while partnering with executive leadership to enhance decision-making and drive performance.ResponsibilitiesLead all accounting and finance operations, including monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingSupport and oversee SEC reporting activities, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and related public company requirementsStrengthen financial controls, reporting processes, and overall finance infrastructurePartner closely with executive leadership to improve operational and financial decision-makingDevelop KPI reporting and financial performance metrics across the organizationSupport capital planning, cash flow forecasting, and working capital managementCoordinate external audits and maintain relationships with auditors and advisorsPrepare executive and Board-level reporting materialsDrive process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies throughout the businessBuild and develop a high-performing finance function capable of supporting future growthSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA strongly preferred10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experienceExperience within a public company environmentExposure to SEC reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q preparation, review, or supportStrong technical accounting and controllership backgroundManufacturing, industrial, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience preferredERP experience (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar)A self-starter who takes ownership and delivers results without constant directionSomeone motivated by achievement, growth, and building something meaningfulA finance leader who enjoys partnering with operations and being close to the businessAn individual looking for a long-term career opportunity with executive growth potentialSomeone excited by joining an industry experiencing significant growth and investment driven by the future of targeted cancer therapies and nuclear medicinePublicly traded organization with executive visibilityDirect impact on company growth and strategic directionExposure to one of the fastest-growing segments within healthcare and life sciencesOpportunity to help shape the future of isotope production and nuclear medicineSuccession-oriented leadership opportunity with long-term career progressionBenefitsCompetitive compensationBonusEquity participationRelocation supportCompany OverviewDiscover International is consulting solution that offer extensive global and local network, specialist skills and, strategic guidance.
