[Remote] Vice President Clinical Research

Barrington James is partnered with a fast-growing multispecialty medical group that is building a multi-site clinical research division. The Vice President Clinical Research will lead the build of this division, overseeing the design of the research operating model, managing budgets, and scaling trials across multiple states. Responsibilities • Design the multi-site research operating model • Build the infrastructure, SOPs, QA, and compliance framework • Hire and lead the initial research operations team • Own sponsor and CRO relationships • Partner with physician leaders serving as Principal Investigators • Manage budgets and carry full P&L accountability • Scale trials across multiple states as the platform grows Skills • Previously built or scaled a multi-site research operation • Senior research leader from industry • Experience scaling multi-site clinical research operations • Strong sponsor/CRO relationship ownership • Experience with research economics and P&L Company Overview • Barrington James has a true global reach, with its international HQ in London-Gatwick, continental hubs in Singapore.
