Remote Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) - Thursday to Sunday
Kaua‘i North Shore Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic and progressive veterinary practice. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service and support from the comfort of your own home, working Thursday through Sunday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM HST. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, triage client concerns, and maintain detailed documentation in our practice management system. You will also have the opportunity to grow into advanced administrative tasks, supporting our practice manager with operations, reporting, and special projects. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional client service via phone, text, email, and online platforms
Triage client concerns, schedule appointments, and prioritize messages
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in Vetspire
Communicate effectively with the team through Slack and other digital platforms
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support as needed
Lead our social media presence, creating engaging content and responding to online reviews

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the veterinary field, with prior remote veterinary CSR experience
Proficiency with Vetspire or similar cloud-based practice management systems
Hands-on experience working in a veterinary setting within the last year
Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and other digital platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Thursday to Sunday
