[Remote] Vet Tech Product Specialist

ProSearch is recruiting for a Veterinary Product Specialist on behalf of a globally recognized leader in veterinary diagnostics and animal health technology. In this fully remote role, you will provide technical support and product guidance to veterinary clinics nationwide, focusing on advanced diagnostic analyzers and laboratory equipment.Responsibilities• Support veterinary teams by incoming phone calls, email, and chat to resolve questions and technical issues related to diagnostic equipment.• Walk veterinary teams through analyzer troubleshooting, setup, and software integration, all with empathy and professionalism.• Coordinate with internal teams during equipment installations or escalations.• Use internal systems and product documentation to identify solutions in real time.• Play a key role in keeping animal patients healthy by ensuring accurate test results reach vets on time.Skills• Veterinary technician, vet tech, or animal health professional background• Ability to provide technical support, product guidance, and troubleshooting assistance• Experience with advanced diagnostic analyzers, laboratory equipment, and software integration tools• Strong multitasking abilities• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and digital platforms• Ability to resolve questions and technical issues related to diagnostic equipment• Empathy and professionalism in communication• Reliability and organization in a fast-paced, remote environment• Confidence in using computers and navigating software systems (Microsoft Office, Teams, etc.)• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly and calmly• Energized by helping others and solving problems• Experience in veterinary clinics, animal diagnostics, or tech support roles• Education in Veterinary Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields• Familiarity with lab equipment (ProCyte, Catalyst, inVue Dx, etc.)Education Requirements• An associate or bachelor’s degree in a computer-related discipline or scientific (Biology/Chemistry/etc.) discipline or equivalent combination of education and experienceBenefits• Benefits AvailableCompany Overview• Pro-Search Inc. connects job seekers with Maine's top employers, offering staffing and recruiting services.
