[Remote] Vertical Account Manager - Energy (Northeast Region)

They are seeking a Vertical Account Manager for the Northeast U.S. Region to drive specification and revenue growth within the energy/turbomachinery vertical, collaborating with internal teams and advocating for customers.ResponsibilitiesDrive specification and revenue growth by influencing assigned OEMs and end users within a defined industry vertical, securing Regal Rexnord solutions in new designs and expanding share on existing applicationsLead valueâbased, solution selling by promoting Regal Rexnord brand preference at the point of customer influence, emphasizing total cost of ownership, ROI, and longâterm customer valueServe as the primary customer advocate, coordinating communication between customers, channel partners, and Regal Rexnord business units to ensure alignment and a strong customer experienceExecute disciplined sales and account planning processes to achieve sales and orders quotas, including account opportunity planning, CRM utilization, funnel management, and pipeline executionProvide deep technical, application, and industry expertise to support customers, internal sales teams, and vertical strategies, including specification of digital solutions such as DiRXN / PerceptivEngage and influence senior customer stakeholders, from plant management through executive leadership, to understand strategic initiatives and align solutions to customer business goalsCollaborate crossâfunctionally within a matrixed organization, working closely with sales leadership, product management, engineering, marketing, operations, and business development teams to drive growth initiativesIdentify continuous improvement and growth opportunities, including new business development, marketing initiatives, and product gap insights to support new product development and vertical market strategiesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution or related field3+ years of outside technical sales experienceTravel required: 60%Competency in Microsoft Office applicationsCandidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorizationPower Transmission industry experience preferred in the Energy industryEnergy and/or Turbomachinery industry experienceOEM and end users experience5+ years insides/technical account salesMust live in the Northeast U.S. (Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut preferred)BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug CoverageSpending accounts (HSA, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA)Paid Time Off and Holidays401k Retirement Plan with Matching Employer ContributionsLife and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) InsurancePaid LeavesTuition AssistanceCompany OverviewRegal Rexnord is a manufacturer of airflow, motion control, and power transmission for commercial, industrial and residential settings.
