[Remote] Ventura Trust - Chief Operating Officer

Goldmark Property Management is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer for Ventura, a Minnesota non-deposit trust company specializing in fiduciary services for Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). The COO will be responsible for setting annual objectives, nurturing a collaborative culture, and overseeing various operational aspects including client support, compliance, and financial analysis. Responsibilities • Setting and achieving annual objectives • Nurturing a collaborative and team-oriented culture • Tracking key performance metrics • Overseeing the Client Support Group, Controller, and Compliance Officer • Management of customer service, compliance, human resources, cybersecurity, vendor partnerships, financial analysis, insurance, and reporting • Marketing and legal management will also report to the COO after a transition period Skills • At least five years of proven operations experience • Strong commitment to serving the needs of both internal and external stakeholders • Robust financial acumen • Comfort with systems and software • Passion for ongoing learning about the ESOP industry • Commitment to high professional standards • Management of customer service • Management of compliance • Management of human resources • Management of cybersecurity • Management of vendor partnerships • Management of financial analysis • Management of insurance • Management of reporting • Ability to oversee the Client Support Group, Controller, and Compliance Officer • Ability to set and achieve annual objectives • Ability to nurture a collaborative and team-oriented culture • Ability to track key performance metrics Company Overview • Goldmark Property Management is a real estate company that provides multi-family property management services.
