The role involves maintaining vendor relationships, managing timelines, and resolving operational challenges while ensuring compliance with guidelines.ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily orders which can consist of outbound calls placed to vendors, receipt of inbound calls from vendors, fee management, proper order notation, identification, and appropriate resolution of vendor profile issuesManage vendor timelines, appointments and engagement agreementsRelay reminders to vendors re: Quality, turnaround times, website usage, etcProvide suggestions as to assist the team with resolving every day operational challengesFollow vendor management guidelines for maintaining daily orders which can consist of outbound calls placed to vendors, receipt of inbound calls from vendors, fee management, proper order notation, identification and appropriate resolution of vendor profile issues and handling of transactional issuesMaintain compliance with Independence GuidelinesMaintain a positive and professional business relationship with vendors and internal staffManage vendor timelines, appointments, and engagement agreementsRelay reminders to vendors re: Quality, turnaround times, website usage, etcFollow through with established team goalsEnsure appropriate escalation paths are followed and timely resolution is accomplishedCommunication workflow expectations with consumers and vendorsProvide suggestions as to assist the team with resolving every day operational challengesAttend and participate in regular department meetings and provide feedback when necessaryResponsible to meet department productivity and quality goalsCommunicate with all stakeholders on a regular basisPerform all other duties as assignedSkillsApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the futureThe ability to maintain a positive and professional business relationship with vendors and internal staffComputer literate with the ability to learn software applicationsA penchant for excellence. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalentFamiliarity with basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)High School diploma or equivalentKnowledge of office processes, procedures, and technologyComputer literate with the ability to learn software applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm.
