[Remote] Value Creation - Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CFGI is seeking a Consultant to support private equity value creation initiatives, operational improvement programs, and strategic internal initiatives. This role will focus on initiative governance, program management, analytics, executive reporting, and general management support.ResponsibilitiesSupport development of value creation playbooks and operational improvement frameworksCoordinate initiative tracking, milestone management, and performance reportingEstablish and maintain governance tools, workplans, risk logs, and status updatesSupport executive operating reviews, steering committee meetings, and leadership updatesConduct operational, market, and business performance analysesBuild executive dashboards, scorecards, and board-ready presentationsTrack KPIs, risks, dependencies, and implementation progress across initiativesFacilitate cross-functional coordination across initiative owners and business leadersSynthesize complex analyses into clear insights and recommendationsSupport strategic initiatives and special projects across the organizationSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Analytics, or related fieldTwo to five years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business analytics, operations, program management, or operational improvementStrong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilitiesAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent communication and executive presentation skillsExperience at a consulting firm, corporate strategy team, operations team, or private equity-backed companyExperience supporting value creation, operational improvement, or performance management initiativesExperience building executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and leadership materialsExposure to private equity clients or portfolio companiesExperience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar toolsExperience supporting governance processes, executive meetings, or cross-functional programsCompany OverviewCFGI is a corporate finance and financial consulting firm that specializes in complex accounting, reporting, tax, and compliance issues.
