[Remote] Vacation Rental Acquisition Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Breeze Getaways is a rapidly growing vacation rental management company with nearly 10 years in the industry. They are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to source and onboard new vacation rental properties into their management portfolio. Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, and engage property owners interested in professional vacation rental management • Educate owners on the benefits of partnering with an established, high-performing management company • Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified property leads • Coordinate with our onboarding and operations team to smoothly transition new properties under management Skills • Several years of experience in vacation rental management (Talensparkx, VRBO, short-term rentals), or property management, real estate, or related hospitality fields • Strong understanding of short-term rental economics and owner pain points • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills • Highly motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working on a commission-only basis Benefits • Unlimited earning potential • No cap on commissions and no territory limitations • Flexible schedule Company Overview • At Breeze Getaways, we offer more than just properties—we provide elevated vacation experiences across the US.
