[Remote] UX Designer

The role involves collaboration with senior designers and cross-functional partners to define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications while ensuring inclusive and scalable experiences.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the end-to-end UX design of web-based and cross-platform digital experiences that support a variety of customer types and internal usersCollaborate with senior designers and cross-functional partners to define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using tools like Figma, Miro, and ConfluenceParticipate in discovery and research activities to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunitiesTranslate insights into thoughtful design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibilityApply best practices in accessibility, usability, and responsive design to ensure inclusive and scalable experiencesSupport agile development cycles by contributing to sprint planning, design QA, and documentationWork with engineering and integration teams to ensure design intent is preserved through implementationHelp evolve and maintain Client design system by contributing components, patterns, and documentationParticipate in design critiques and team rituals, offering and receiving constructive feedback to improve design qualityCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workflows and requirements for tools that support customer success, training, and support teamsSkillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as HCI, Design, Psychology, or equivalent experience3–5 years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in cross-functional product teamsProficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro)Familiarity with agile development processes and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Working knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive designPortfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, interaction design, and visual polishExperience designing for web and mobile platforms; experience in regulated industries is a plusExposure to user research methods and ability to incorporate insights into design workCompany OverviewEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a pioneer in delivering top-notch Global Workforce Solutions and IT Services to a diverse clientele.
