[Remote] Utilities Civil Project Manager

They are seeking a Utilities Civil Project Manager to manage customer-driven infrastructure projects, ensuring safe and compliant project delivery while coordinating with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage incoming customer requests for civil scope related to new or modified electrical service installationsAct as primary point of contact for civil coordination throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with customers, developers, contractors, municipalities, and ComEd internal teamsTrack project milestones, deliverables, and schedulesMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation in internal systemsReview civil construction drawings, site plans, grading plans, and utility layoutsCoordinate field walkdowns with engineering, design, and construction teamsSupport evaluation of site conditions including access, easements, soil conditions, and constructability constraintsReview civil design elements such as trenching routes, duct bank layouts, pole locations, and restoration requirementsIdentify site impacts and coordination needs with municipalities and other utilitiesCoordinate permitting requirements, including municipal approvals and right-of-way accessEnsure all pre-construction requirements are met prior to mobilizationSchedule and coordinate construction activities with field leadership and contractorsSupport coordination of utility locates and site preparation activitiesTrack material readiness and construction sequencing as neededEnsure civil work complies with ComEd standards, municipal requirements, and applicable codesTrack project status, and schedule impacts throughout executionCoordinate inspection scheduling with municipalities and field inspectorsMaintain documentation supporting compliance, permits, and approvalsCoordinate final inspections and field verification of completed civil scopeEnsure all civil deliverables are completed, documented, and approvedSupport final project closeout and turnover to appropriate ComEd teamsSkillsExperience in civil construction, utility infrastructure, engineering coordination, or project managementStrong understanding of site development, construction coordination, and stakeholder communicationExperience working with contractors, municipalities, inspectors, and field crewsStrong organizational, documentation, and scheduling skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing deadlinesCustomer-facing communication and coordination experienceFamiliarity with electric utility infrastructure projectsBachelor's degree or higher (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field)BenefitsAn excellent benefits package including 401K match and employee stock ownership, gym and transit subsidies, paid volunteer time off, parental leave, continuing education reimbursement and much moreFlexible work scheduling in a fast-growing companyA fun, inclusive, and collaborative environmentColleagues that appreciate differences in people, perspectives, cultures, and ideasThe fruits of our employee-led committees focused on offering engaging social, wellness and community service activities all year longCompany OverviewPrimEra Medical Technologies provides comprehensive world class technology services and solutions for the healthcare providers.
