[Remote] User Experience Designer II - UX Design

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mindlance is seeking a detail-oriented UX/UI Designer for a 12-month contract, who is passionate about user-centered digital design for websites and mobile applications. In this role, you will leverage research insights to create tangible visualizations and blueprints that guide product development from concept to solution. Responsibilities • Create high-quality user experience designs, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes • Incorporate branding and common design guidelines into digital products • Maintain style guides for various delivery methods • Follow user-centered design protocols to turn concepts into tangible solutions • Translate analytics data into visual designs to generate insights • Collaborate effectively within a team environment and occasionally facilitate design workshops • Be available for infrequent in-person meetings (1-2 times per year) in Urbandale, IA, or Austin, TX Skills • Proficiency in Figma (required for wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes) • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work for websites or mobile apps (link must be on resume) • Ability to translate user research and analytics into effective visual designs • Experience creating and maintaining style guides and design systems • Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and prototyping tools • Excellent communication skills to explain design rationale and facilitate discussions • Attention to detail and accuracy for delivering clean, usable interfaces • Create high-quality user experience designs, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes • Incorporate branding and common design guidelines into digital products • Maintain style guides for various delivery methods • Follow user-centered design protocols to turn concepts into tangible solutions • Translate analytics data into visual designs to generate insights • Collaborate effectively within a team environment and occasionally facilitate design workshops • Be available for infrequent in-person meetings (1-2 times per year) in Urbandale, IA, or Austin, TX • Bachelor's degree (4 years or equivalent) in Information Technology, Marketing, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience • 1-3 years of product design experience with a focus on digital UX/UI • 1-3 years of experience working in a collaborative team environment • A link to a professional portfolio showcasing relevant work is a mandatory part of the application Company Overview • Mindlance is a Staffing and Recruiting company which provides multi-vertical staffing services It was founded in 1999, and is headquartered in Union, New Jersey, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
