Dahl Consulting is partnering with a leading national retailer to find a User Experience (UX) Designer focused on customer retention and loyalty. The UX Designer will enhance customer experiences across returns and repeat engagement product areas by designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesigning user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across web and mobile platformsContributing to discovery, concept development, validation, and delivery across the product lifecycleIdentifying opportunities to improve existing experiences and support new feature developmentCollaborating cross-functionally to align priorities and deliver high-impact customer experiencesParticipating in UX critiques and design workshops to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to design systemsApplying research insights and data to inform design decisions and recommendationsExploring and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and identify experience improvementsEnsuring designs align with accessibility standards and best practicesSkills5+ years of experience designing customer-facing digital products, preferably within eCommerce, retail, transactional, account management, or service-based experiencesStrong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and end-to-end product design lifecycle workExperience designing and improving web and mobile experiencesProficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design toolsStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholdersExperience working in cross-functional, agile environments alongside Product and Engineering teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insightsExperience working within established design systems and accessibility standardsComfort leveraging emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve design efficiency and outcomesExperience designing retail or eCommerce experiences related to replenishment, subscriptions, loyalty programs, or returnsFamiliarity with experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and iterative optimizationExperience designing for responsive platforms, including web, iOS, and AndroidKnowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principlesAbility to balance user experience goals with technical, operational, and business constraintsBenefitsDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
