[Remote] User Acceptance Testing Analyst

Accel Bi Corporation is seeking an experienced Workday UAT Consultant to support a critical User Acceptance Testing initiative for a public sector client implementing the Workday Expense module. This role focuses on ensuring successful validation and production readiness of Workday Expense workflows, including reimbursement processing and approval routing.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end UAT planning, execution, and management for Workday Expense moduleDevelop and execute comprehensive UAT test scripts aligned to business processesValidate expense reimbursement workflows (Check and EFT/ACH)Test and verify role-based security and approval hierarchiesTrack, document, and manage defects and remediation activitiesCoordinate with business SMEs and technical teams for testing cycles and sign-offsProvide weekly progress reports and defect tracking updatesSkills5+ years of experience in Workday Financials / UAT / functional testingProven experience with Workday Expense module implementations or UAT cycles (minimum 2 projects)Strong expertise in: Workday business processes (Expense Report Event), Security roles and approval workflows, Financial transactions, reimbursements, and settlementsCertifications (Mandatory – One of the Following): Track A (Partner Deployment Track): Workday Financials Core AND Workday Expenses; Track B (Independent / Client-Side Track): Workday Pro Financials CoreExperience in public sector or government implementationsStrong stakeholder communication and facilitation skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven UAT environmentCompany OverviewAt accel bi, we empower organizations to transform their data into measurable business value.
