[Remote] (US) Project Coordinator- 6 Month Contract
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PointClickCare is a leading health tech company focused on empowering healthcare providers. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities related to project creation, data cleansing, and supporting the implementation of new tools and processes while collaborating with multiple department teams.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Completing tasks related to project activities such as project creation, generic resourcing and project budget updates
ā¢ Utilization of Kantata and Salesforce
ā¢ Maintain communication portals ā MS Teams, mailbox, calendar
ā¢ Investigating incomplete, inaccurate deliverables and consulting management for resolution of the discrepancies
ā¢ Support in data cleansing process to ensure that all discrepancies in the database are accurate
ā¢ Support the Project Managers through project life cycle
ā¢ Reviewing Monthly Audits for Quality Compliance
Skills
ā¢ Excellent organization and time management skills
ā¢ Post-secondary education in a related area to Project Management/Administration
ā¢ Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and other PM tools
ā¢ Strong oral and written communication skills
ā¢ Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines
ā¢ Ability to handle multiple tasks/initiatives in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while meeting multiple deadlines
ā¢ Experience with Salesforce and Kantata
ā¢ Project Management certification an asset ā PMP/CAPM
ā¢ Good understanding of the activities related to project cycles as established by the PMBOK & Project Management Institute
ā¢ AI Fluency and/or use of M365 Copilot
