Remote US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote US IT Recruiter to join our team at Ajmera Infotech, a leading software research and development company. As a Remote US IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing top talent in specialized IT roles, working closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and hiring needs.

Job Summary: This is a remote, night shift position that requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in niche hiring. You will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing and qualifying candidates, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs
Source, screen, and qualify candidates using various methods and tools
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting, continuously improving sourcing strategies and processes
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in niche hiring
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in specialized IT roles
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, job boards, and Boolean searches
Strong understanding of technical requirements and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Experience working remotely and independently, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills
