Responsibilities
β’ Oversee the end-to-end preparation and filing of complex employment-based and extraordinary ability visa petitions
β’ Collaborate directly with founders and skilled professionals to analyze eligibility, draft sophisticated legal arguments, and map out long-term immigration paths
β’ Drive the evolution of Jumpstartβs methodology by integrating legal best practices with our proprietary AI and data tools
β’ Represent the company as a subject matter expert within the global startup and professional communities
Skills
β’ J.D. degree and active membership in good standing with a U.S. State Bar
β’ Proven track record of success in O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and E-visa categories
β’ A demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
β’ Exceptional drafting skills and the ability to articulate complex legal concepts to international clients
β’ Proficiency with modern case management systems and an interest in leveraging AI to optimize legal workflows
β’ Previous experience working with venture-backed startups or global skilled professionals
