[Remote] US Global Inclusion and Belonging Expert - Facilitator & Ambassador Role (Retainer Freelance)

Radius Networks is a global leader in building a sense of belonging and is seeking experienced facilitators to enhance workplace cultures worldwide. The role involves delivering online training sessions and supporting services while acting as a Global Ambassador for the business in the US. Responsibilities • Deliver live online workshops and sessions for global brands around the world - with a focus on the US • Represent the brand in the US • Deliver bespoke support and project work for clients - depending on level of experience Skills • Someone who is passionate about driving positive change - for organisations and the communities they serve • A People Consultant with experience in delivering live, online training to people at all levels • A confident public speaker who can keep participants engaged and create an empathetic learning environment • Someone with experience working with or running ERGs at large organisations • An experienced facilitator who can deliver curated content while bringing their own insights to the learning experience • Someone who is sensitive to global and regional politics and cultural needs - particularly in the US • An efficient time manager who is seeking flexible, remote work that fits around their other priorities • Good competency with collaborative software, including Zoom, GDrive, Teams, Trello Company Overview • Radius Networks is an e-learning company that provides employee networks, resource groups, and EDI training programs online.
