Mentors will need to role-play conversations with students to help them improve their skills in active listening, finding pain points, and using sales frameworks. • CRM and Tech Proficiency: Demonstrate mastery of common CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools, guiding students in best practices for updating lead statuses, verifying data accuracy, and creating detailed sales reports within the CRM system. • Sales Campaign and Closing Support: Guide students through practical tasks like supporting sales campaigns, managing sales data and records. Students in the apprenticeship program will also focus on assisting more senior colleagues to close deals and track performance by reviewing critical documents such as sales contracts, quotation sheets, and performance reports.
