[Remote] University Grad | Customer Experience Agent

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, and they are seeking Customer Experience Agents to serve as the voice of Ramp for thousands of customers. The role involves troubleshooting customer issues primarily over the phone, delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment, and adapting to new tools and processes as the company scales.
