PayTech is seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Consultant with expertise in UKG Ready Payroll and/or HR to lead client implementations. The role involves guiding organizations through system configurations, ensuring successful deployments, and delivering impactful solutions that enhance human capital management.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and deploy UKG Ready Payroll and/or UKG Ready HR solutions tailored to client needsManage full project lifecycles from requirements gathering through post-launch supportDevelop comprehensive test scripts and quality deliverablesExecute strategic implementations that maximize ROI and optimize HR, payroll, and timekeeping systemsConduct in-depth consultations to understand business requirementsProvide expert technical guidance on UKG Ready Payroll and/or HR functionalities and best practicesTroubleshoot complex issues and present innovative solutionsBuild strong, lasting relationships with partners and clientsParticipate in ongoing training and certification programsStay current with industry trends and UKG platform updatesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional resultsIdentify opportunities to enhance service delivery and add valueSkills5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing UKG Ready Payroll and/or Ready HR modulesIn-depth functional knowledge of HR, payroll, and timekeeping modulesStrong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesExceptional communication skills, you can explain complex concepts to any audienceAnalytical mindset with sharp problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to work 40+ hours per week and travel as neededUKG Ready certifications (SI certifications a plus)BenefitsRemote work flexibility when not travelingContinuous learning and professional development opportunitiesCompany OverviewPayTech is a human resources company specializing in Project Management services.
