The role involves ensuring user-centric design practices across product teams, creating engaging content, developing user interfaces, and supporting system accreditation efforts through documentation and stakeholder collaboration.ResponsibilitiesYou will ensure user-centric design is practiced across all product teams by managing both graphic design and user interactionsThis role involves creating engaging content and developing user interfaces in support of the TAK Product Center core development effortsProduce technical documentation and wire diagrams to translate user requirements into actionable technical guidelinesWork with management and internal teams to successfully navigate the Sponsor’s accreditation process for all design-related system componentsThis position requires you to respond quickly and productively to user requirements and frequent change requestsFacilitate frequent meetings and interviews with users and stakeholders to ensure the product aligns with mission needsWork with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all modern design and user experience standardsSkillsHigh School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Information Systems Security or Digital DesignExtensive knowledge of modern design standards, user experience (UX) principles, and graphic artsProficient in HTML5, CSS3, and professional wire diagramming toolsProven ability to translate complex user requirements into technical guidelines and structured documentationExperience creating, maintaining, and communicating technical documentation, particularly regarding user interface architectureActive Secret clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCIYou must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeYou will need to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machineryThis role requires you to frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customersYou must be able to exchange accurate information in all professional situationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related fieldCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP certification)Experience with the Sponsor's primary cyber risk and compliance automation toolsCompany OverviewManTech is a technology company that offers cyber, IT, and data analytics technologies and solutions for security programs.
