Remote UI/UX Designer

In this role, you will take charge of the visual, user-interface, and user-experience designs pivotal to the application’s appeal among music enthusiasts. You will lead conceptualization efforts for design across platforms while collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance user satisfaction. Your authority extends to advocating for innovative solutions that resonate with users and addressing their needs through aesthetic and functional design. This position will have a significant impact on delivering an unmatched user experience that reinforces our partner's leadership in the market. Responsibilities • Ownership of visual, user-interface, and user-experience design. • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams. • Lead the conceptualization of user experience and visual design. • Mentor team members to achieve high-quality deliverables. • Engage stakeholders in the design process and advocate for user needs. • Develop mock-ups and functional prototypes for new features. • Ensure designs meet business goals and user satisfaction. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer science, or related field. • At least 10 years of UI/UX design experience with leadership capabilities. • Experience maintaining and expanding a cross-platform design system. • Strong knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. • Proven portfolio demonstrating ability to solve complex design challenges. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote environment.
