Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and visual assets that clearly communicate design concepts.
• Translate user requirements and business goals into interactive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
• Provide design solutions that balance creativity, functionality, and usability.
• Review and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a UI Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with remote teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI design or digital product design.
• Experience working on freelance or remote projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile workflows and collaborative design processes is highly desirable.
Working Hours
• Flexible working hours; work remotely according to your schedule.
• Must be able to attend occasional online meetings with clients or the team (scheduled in advance).
