Key Responsibilities
Ā Accurately inputting data into our system based on supplied images
Ā Identifying and classifying various document types
Ā Reviewing and validating data entries to maintain quality and precision
Ā Handling personal health information (PHI) with utmost confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards
Ā Collaborating with colleagues professionally as needed
Ā Proposing suggestions for process enhancements
Ā Completing all assigned tasks promptly and assisting with additional responsibilities as required
Required Skills
Ā Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to work efficiently
Ā A proactive self-starter capable of focusing on multiple tasks
Ā Quick learner with the adaptability to follow instructions accurately
Ā Strong capacity to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
Ā Proficiency in reading and writing English
Ā Typing capabilities: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy, 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred but not required

Compensation And Benefits
Ā Hourly wage of $12
Ā Flexible part-time and full-time positions available (full-time preferred; minimum of 20 hours weekly)
Ā Shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
