The role involves shaping strategic direction, ensuring strong governance, and supporting senior staff, all while making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Responsibilities • Help shape strategic direction and ensure strong governance. • Involved in setting priorities and monitoring progress. • Oversee finances and ensure legal and regulatory obligations are met. • Support and constructively challenge senior staff. • Act as ambassadors for the charity.
