Position: Remote Triage Registered Nurse (RN) - Patient Access and Care Team PT

Overview
• Salary up to $53.25 per hour

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Assess patient needs telephonically and determine the most appropriate level of care
• Prioritize patient interactions based on acuity and need, applying evidence-based practices
• Implement strategies to enhance patient safety and support patient education
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and updated clinical records in compliance with guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications)
• Must have a Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
• Minimum of 2+ years of acute care experience within the last 4 years (ED, Urgent Care, ICU, or some Med/Surg)
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent knowledge
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

• Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology, including computers and multiple-line telephone systems
• Previous experience in a customer service role within a healthcare setting
