Remote Triage Nurse Opportunity - RN and LVN Positions Available

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Triage Nurses to join our team at Headlands Addiction Treatment Services, a leading provider of addiction and psychiatric services. As a Triage Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and improving access to addiction medicine services. This 100% remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering evidence-based patient care. Our comprehensive training program in addiction medicine and mental health will equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in this role. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced APP and physician-level providers who will provide guidance and support throughout your journey with our organization. Responsibilities: Manage nursing requests from various programs, following established protocols and scope of practice Triage and delegate admissions to on-call nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and/or physician providers Address common patient care issues that do not require provider involvement, following established protocols Triage and delegate patient follow-up visits with appropriate providers Assist providers with medication orders and refill requests Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly, helpful, and responsive experience for programs and patients Requirements: Current California nursing license in good standing (RN or LVN) Nursing compact license (multi-state) in addition to California licensure Residency in one of the following states: CA, AZ, CO, NE, KS, OK, TX, MO, IL, IN, TN, FL, MD, NJ, or NC Excellent customer service skills and bedside manner Strong multi-tasking and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software programs concurrently Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy work environment Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to help improve services to patients suffering from mental health conditions and addiction What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $90,000 per year Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment How to Apply: If you are a motivated and compassionate Triage Nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of patients struggling with addiction and mental health conditions, please submit your application today.
