They are seeking a Treasury Reporting Analyst to support their treasury function during a transition period, focusing on reconciliations, reporting, and financial support.ResponsibilitiesPerform intercompany reconciliations and cash reconciliationsPrepare monthly external debt accrual schedulesRespond to internal and external audit requestsSupport corporate accounting and controllers with reporting and treasury-related informationHelp monitor and understand the company’s global liquidity position and U.S. cash positionAssist with cash pooling activitiesPartner with internal stakeholders across finance and accounting to support treasury reporting needsContribute to process improvement efforts as the team continues to matureGain exposure to a treasury management system implementation currently in progressSkills3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, or a related finance functionBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent attention to detail, especially in reconciliations and reportingStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to quickly learn new systems, processes, and business structuresAccounting or FP&A backgroundExperience with consolidation or financial reportingExperience working in ERP environments such as SAPExperience with OneStreamExperience with Kyriba or another treasury management systemCompany OverviewCRG Corporation is a national Executive Search firm and Staffing agency.
