[Remote] Treasury analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our team, aiming to challenge the status quo in radiology. The Analyst will provide critical support to the Finance team, ensuring that the financing and treasury needs are met to support the company's operations, including managing treasury operations and cash forecasting.ResponsibilitiesDirect and support day-to-day treasury operationsControl the daily cash positioning and manage short-term liquidity needs and analyze future cash positionsSupport the maintenance of bank accounts, balances, bank/treasury systemsMaintain all treasury procedures and operational documentationEnsure proper financial controls are followed within treasury operationsSupports the cash forecasting process (short and long-term)Provide periodic forecasts based on historical data, current business plans, and strategiesDevelop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysisAssist in arranging short and long-term financing, including leasing and off-balance-sheet structuresPrepare and analyze equipment financing options and presents recommendationsReview lease and financing documentationWork with existing tracking and forecasting models while identifying and recommending areas for improvementPartner with equipment financing partners to ensure streamline processes from project inception to completionMaintains corporate relationships with commercial banksEvaluate and support implementations of new banking products and servicesAssist in the measuring and reporting compliance for bank covenantsManage treasury related projects and implementations of new products or systems as assignedSupport cross-functional treasury initiatives aligned with company strategyPerforms additional responsibilities as required to support Treasury and organizational objectivesSkillsHigh School Diploma, or equivalentBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or the equivalent in relevant and applicable finance, accounting, or treasury experienceOne (1) year experience in treasury, finance, or accountingSome travel is required between sites; a reliable means of transportation is requiredValid driver's license and proof of current insurance is required for the team member to personally drive a vehicle for company business (regardless of whether it's a company car or personal car)Master's degree in business administration (MBA)Three (3) years' experience in treasury management and/or bankingBenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurance401k with company matchLife and disability insuranceTuition reimbursementAdoption assistancePet insurancePTO and holiday payCompany OverviewAs a leading national subspecialty provider for advanced diagnostic and interventional radiology services, RAYUS Radiology is challenging the status quo by shining the light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment.
