[Remote] Treasury Account Services Analyst

The Treasury Account Services Analyst will manage global bank account administration, oversee relationships with banking partners, and contribute to process improvement projects within the treasury systems.ResponsibilitiesManage global bank account administration, including openings, closures, and maintenance across multiple banking partnersOversee authorized signers and account access, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal controlsBuild and maintain strong relationships with global payment providers and banking partners to support Krakenβs operations and expansionMaintain clean, consistent data across accounts, gateways, and transaction records, ensuring alignment with treasury systemsSupport and optimize the Kyriba platform, including user administration, payment profiles, and system troubleshootingLead or contribute to automation and process improvement projects that increase accuracy, scalability, and efficiencyManage JIRA workflows for banking requests, variance investigations, and treasury documentationPerform variance and reconciliation analyses to ensure accuracy and transparency of global cash dataPartner with Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to maintain audit readiness and ensure SOX-compliant processesSkills1β3+ years of experience in banking administration, treasury operations, or financial systems management, ideally in a highly regulated or technology-driven environmentStrong knowledge of treasury workstations (Kyriba experience strongly preferred)A proven ability to manage high-volume, data-heavy workflows with accuracy and attention to detailFamiliarity with banking compliance frameworks and SOX audit processesComfort working with ticketing systems (such as JIRA) and collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, and Engineering teamsExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentFully aligned with the cypherpunk, libertarian values outlined in Kraken's TentaclementsBased in the US, ideally within the EST time zone, to work EST hours and overlap with the European teamExperience working in crypto, fintech, or global financial institutions.
