[Remote] Traveling Project Manager

They are seeking a Traveling Project Manager to lead field-based project execution, overseeing all aspects of electrical construction from pre-mobilization through closeout.ResponsibilitiesLead electrical construction projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality goalsSupervise and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Assistants, and field staffManage all aspects of project financials, including cost tracking, progress billing, forecasting, and change ordersMaintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure coordination and project momentumIdentify and proactively address risks, conflicts, or delays in collaboration with field leadershipRepresent the company in progress meetings and ensure timely, transparent reporting to all stakeholdersPromote innovative construction strategies, including prefabrication and process improvement initiativesUphold and model the highest standards of safety and professional conduct on every project siteSkillsDeep knowledge of electrical systems and construction sequencingProven track record leading large-scale commercial or mission-critical electrical projectsStrong leadership, team development, and mentorship skillsExcellent communication and client-facing presenceFinancial acumen and comfort managing project budgets and forecastingProactive problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in changing environmentsComfortable working in high-visibility roles and collaborating across disciplines10+ years of experience in electrical construction project managementOSHA safety certifications and understanding of construction safety protocolsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related fieldPE licenseProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Oracle and estimating platforms (e.g., Accubid)BenefitsLodging, travel accommodations, and project-specific support will be provided.Roles are eligible for per diem which varies based on location of projectsCompany OverviewVertex Integration Partners is a specialized talent firm dedicated to building high-performing teams within the data center industry.
