[Remote] Travel Therapy Recruiter

The role involves identifying, engaging, and placing therapy clinicians into travel assignments while managing relationships with both clinicians and healthcare clients to ensure successful placements.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit qualified therapy clinicians using job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and outbound outreach strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clinicians throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians during the recruiting process and assignment placementPartner with Account Managers to align clinician candidates with open job orders. Present qualified clinicians for opportunities and coordinate submissions through internal systemsCoordinate interviews between clinicians and healthcare facilities. Manage offer communication, start date confirmation, and placement logistics in collaboration with internal teamsMaintain consistent communication with clinicians throughout assignments to support retention, future placements, and long-term recruiter clinician relationshipsWork closely with Account Managers to prioritize open job orders, align candidate supply with client demand, and support strong fill ratios across assigned accountsContinuously build and maintain a pipeline of therapy clinicians to ensure consistent candidate availability for current and future opportunitiesTrack recruiting activity including outreach, submissions, interviews, and placements within the ATS to maintain visibility into pipeline and performanceSkillsExperience in healthcare staffing, healthcare recruiting, or a related talent acquisition roleStrong candidate sourcing and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple clinician relationships and recruiting pipelines simultaneouslyStrong communication and negotiation skillsResults-oriented mindset focused on placements and productionFamiliarity with ATS systems such as Salesforce, TargetRecruit, or similar platformsExperience recruiting therapy clinicians including PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTAFamiliarity with travel healthcare staffing modelsKnowledge of healthcare credentialing and onboarding processesExperience supporting clinicians through travel assignmentsCompany OverviewElite365 Family of Brands is a national provider of healthcare staffing services with multiple medical staffing brands.
