Remote Travel Planner

We're looking for an organized and detail-driven Remote Travel Planner to support daily operations by coordinating travel arrangements, managing itinerary details, and ensuring each step of the planning process runs smoothly from start to finish. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, working within structured systems, and managing multiple moving parts while delivering a seamless travel experience.

In this role, you'll use established systems, tools, and training to coordinate travel requests, organize itinerary details, maintain accurate records, and support workflow efficiency throughout the planning process. You'll work independently while ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and a high standard of organization across all tasks.

What You'll Do:
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and scheduling timelines
Research destinations, accommodations, and available travel options
Communicate with clients and team members to gather and confirm travel details
Organize and maintain accurate digital records, itineraries, and documentation
Assist with confirmations, follow-ups, and ongoing travel-related communication
Monitor workflow progress and ensure travel tasks are completed on schedule
Review travel details carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support efficient operations by keeping workflows organized and aligned

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable using email, calendars, and digital tools
Dependable, proactive, and detail-focused
Experience in planning, coordination, customer service, or administrative support is helpful but not required
Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
