- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information
- Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners to secure the best deals for clients
- Create detailed itineraries tailored to clients' preferences and budget constraints
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality and customer service
- Proficient in sales techniques to upsell travel packages and services
- Excellent knowledge of travel planning including booking systems and reservation software
- Familiarity with hotel accommodations and amenities
- Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors
