Provide personalized hospitality recommendations based on client interests, budgets, and destination preferences
Communicate with vendors, tour operators, and suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve issues
Stay up-to-date with destination trends, safety regulations, and travel advisories
Maintain accurate client records and deliver exceptional customer support from inquiry to post-trip follow-up
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new booking platforms
A genuine interest in travel and hospitality
