Remote Travel Consultant - Help Clients Plan Unforgettable Getaways
Help people plan unforgettable vacations — from home. JAK Travel Agency is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Vacation Experience Coordinators. In this role, you'll support clients with vacation planning, answer travel-related questions, and provide a high level of service throughout the booking process.
This is an entry-level friendly, remote position. No prior travel experience is required — ongoing support is provided.
What You'll Do
• Assist clients with vacation and travel inquiries
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and online tools
• Learn and use travel booking platforms and supplier systems
• Maintain accurate client information and follow up as needed
• Complete training and stay informed on travel offerings
What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely
• Basic computer skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to learn and complete training
