Remote Travel Concierge

You will work remotely, supporting guests staying at luxury vacation rentals. The Concierge team is a close-knit, bubbly team within Wander. We’d love for you to apply if you think you’d be a good fit!Location (Remote):This role is open to remote workers in the Philippines.The permanent work schedule is 5 days a week and will be either:4 AM - 12 PM (Philippine Standard Time)8 PM - 4 AM (Philippine Standard Time)The first 2 weeks will be training from 12 PM - 8 PM (Philippine Standard Time).Requirements:Fluent in English, both verbally and writtenThis job serves the hospitality industry and requires the ability to work holidays and weekendsHave a smooth-running laptop that can handle multiple tabs and software at the same timeHave strong internet access at home (this job is remote)A decent phone (you’ll need to download an international calling app)Strong organizational and leadership skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budgetPreferred SkillsCreative, good critical thinking skills, fast learnerEmpathy and listening skillsPossesses empathy, strong communication, and good listening skillsTech-savvy, good with navigating around different platformsDay-to-day will consist of:Answering common questions with scriptsSolving possibly complex requests from guests with creativitySoftware such as ClickUp, Breezeway, and our internal software (we’ll show you how to use these)Doing tasks assigned to you by your managerCoordinating with cross-functional teams on various aspects of setting up a newly onboarded propertyAbout Wander:Wander owns the demand, booking, smart home technology, home management, and the homes themselves, creating an unmatched guest experience.Our mission is to help people find their happy place.
