Remote Travel Client Experience Representative

Remote Full-time
We're a growing remote travel team looking for a client-focused, detail-oriented professional to join us as a Remote Travel Client Experience Representative.

In this role you'll support clients from the moment they start planning their trip all the way through post-travel follow-up, handling bookings, answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction reflects a high standard of service. Everything is done remotely with flexible scheduling. Full training and onboarding are provided from day one. No prior travel industry experience required.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
Assist clients with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests.
Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies
Follow up with clients proactively to confirm travel details and overall satisfaction.
Resolve client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and booking records across internal systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, professional manner with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable learning and navigating booking platforms and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.

Confident using computers, email, and online tools.

Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service is
beneficial but not essential.

Technical Requirements
