[Remote] Travel Analyst

The Travel Analyst coordinates travel arrangements for Field Safety Specialists, ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel while managing itineraries and bookings.ResponsibilitiesReceive and review case work orders and confirm date and time of visit with Sponsor to schedule site visitCoordinate travel for Field Safety Specialists once site visits are confirmed with the Sponsor, ensuring all arrangements comply with requirements and company proceduresSchedule and confirm Field Safety Specialist travel within 24 hours after receiving confirmation of site visitWork closely and in conjunction with the corporate travel contractor to book flights, lodging and ground transportationResponsible for entering travel requests into the company’s Scheduling System and creating work orders for each orderWork with supervisory management and elevate concerns as needed Communicate travel requirement (s) to the Field Safety SpecialistsConfirm bookings with each Field Safety Specialist and appropriate partiesProvide Field Safety Specialists date and time of arrival for each case assignedAid in changing and/or canceling flights, provides Field Safety Specialist with travel-related informationRemain aware of travel-related information that may cause delays or prevent flight connections from occurring and communicate this information to the Field Safety Specialist in routeMake last-minute travel arrangements or cancellations due to inclement weather or other travel emergenciesEnsure accurate transportation itinerary information is available to employees and appropriate partiesAnswer phones and return phone calls in a timely mannerPerform other duties as assignedSkillsPossess an associate degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college (a high school diploma with an extra two or more years of relevant experience may be substituted for an associate degree)Have at least two years of documented experience in a field related to security, law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar occupational area; certification, licensure, and credentials applicable to the professional accreditation of the position (a minimum of four years of experience is required when a high school diploma with two or more years of relevant experience is substituted for an associate degree)Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate experience applicable to the goals and objectives of the program sufficient to communicate with other staff, and appropriate for a similar program environmentMust possess strong computer skills in MS Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookMust be willing to learn internal company systems (Saturn, Mercury, etc.)Requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with different departments within the company, employees and with clientsAbility to take technical direction and feedback from various sourcesCommitted to providing outstanding customer service and representation of MVM in a professional mannerRequires the ability to prioritize work, meet stringent deadlines, balance multiple tasks and work in a team environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to deliver the highest quality of work under extreme pressureAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work a rotating shift, overnight, holidays, and weekends to support a 24/7 operationMust be a U.S. CitizenAbility to obtain/maintain a Security ClearanceFavorable credit CheckSuccessfully pass a background investigation, drug screenMay be required to pass or present specific requirements depending on the position (i.e., DOT exam, vaccinations, CPR, flu shot)Bilingual in English and SpanishCompany OverviewThe Providencia Group provides human services, program management, training/technical assistance, and application development services.
