Role Description
This is a part-time and fully remote role for a Travel Agent Reservation Specialist. You will be responsible for assisting clients with booking travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tour packages. Daily tasks include coordinating reservations, providing exceptional customer service, advising on travel and accommodation options, and identifying opportunities for upselling related services.
You will act as a resource to support clients throughout their travel planning and booking experience.
Qualifications
• Experience with Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills to provide unparalleled client satisfaction
• Knowledge of online travel systems and booking procedures
• Sales expertise and the ability to upsell travel packages and related services
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a remote setting
• Proficiency with travel booking platforms or software is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel industry or a customer-facing role is preferred
• A passion for travel and extensive knowledge of various destinations
