Remote Travel Agent

Join our dynamic team as an Independent Travel Agent and unlock the exciting world of travel for your clients! In this role, you will leverage your passion for travel, exceptional sales skills, and customer service expertise to craft personalized travel experiences. As an independent agent, you’ll have the flexibility to work your desired hours while providing expert guidance on destinations, accommodations, and activities. Your goal is to inspire travelers and help them create unforgettable journeys through meticulous planning and dedicated support.
Duties
• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences
• Design customized travel itineraries including flights, cruises, hotels, tours, and more.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, and local attractions.
• Book travel arrangements with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators ensuring the best value and service
• Offer ongoing support before, during, and after trips to address any issues or changes
• Maintain detailed records of client preferences, bookings, and payment transactions
• Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and supplier promotions to offer fresh options
Skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong travel planning expertise including knowledge of popular destinations and local insights
• Hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality services to recommend suitable accommodations
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across diverse client needs
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit to manage your own schedule and grow your client base
• Familiarity with booking platforms and travel management tools is a plus

Pay: $15,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
