[Remote] Training Specialist & Technical Writer - (Data Center Cooling Solutions)

They are seeking a Training Specialist & Technical Writer to conduct training sessions on data center cooling products, develop training materials, and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer training programs.ResponsibilitiesConduct onsite and virtual training sessions for key customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of our data center cooling productsDevelop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrationsFacilitate engaging sessions using demonstrations, scenarios, and guided practice rather than lecture‑only delivery, travelling to customer or training locations as neededUse the LMS to manage virtual course setup, enrollment, attendance tracking, completions, and surveysProvide (or connect) customers with technical support and mentorship during installation and maintenance processes, alongside other members of the Services teamCollaborate with the sales and customer service teams to identify customer training needs and develop customized training programsEnsure customers are fully trained and confident in using our products to enhance their efficiency and happinessMaintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant trainingAdapt and maintain existing training materials as necessary for clarity, accuracy, and learner effectivenessCollect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve training programs and materialsTravel to customer locations as the need arises to deliver onsite trainingSkillsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceValidated experience providing technical product training and technical writing, preferably in a customer-facing role in the data center spaceThe ability to digest complex technical concepts from manuals or other materials and translate them into learner-friendly materialsExcellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with an LMS or remote training platformsAbility to work independently and balance multiple training sessions simultaneouslyWillingness to travel up to 50% of the time to customer locations as needed.
