[Remote] Training Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Abacus Service Corporation is seeking a Business Process & Training Manager for a 6-month contract position. The role involves managing the life cycle of documents, supporting medical safety groups, and overseeing compliance training development and deployment within the Quality Management System framework.ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage project plans, tasks, schedules, scope, timelines and deliverablesPerform project management across the life cycle from content development in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) format and approval (in a CM storage system) to training identification, target audience identification, training material development and training deployment (in LMS)Ongoing communication with business owners on project progress and resolution of issuesWork with peers in PDM to ensure compliant training and content are installed for dedicated processesSkillsBachelor's degree is requiredPrevious Content Management knowledge and experienceCreating/revising business process documentsSupporting medical safety groupsAt least 5 years of experienceGreat communications skillsAbility to meet timelines / deadlinesStrong ability to problem solveAbility to work collaboratively with a large group of internal and external colleagues and partnersAbility to multi-task and manage a large volume of projects with high qualityStrong attention to detail and highly organized, works independentlyStrong written and verbal communicationsProficient in process modeling software (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart)Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Prior experience with SUMMIT and/or True Vault would be a huge plusPrevious Pharma experience highly preferredStrong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)Company OverviewAbacus Service Corporation is provides IT solutions for global health care businesses.
