Remote Training Developer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Instructional Designer. In this pivotal role, you will serve as an internal training consultant, collaborating closely with a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise will drive the development of innovative learning solutions that enhance employee skills and foster continuous improvement. Through a rigorous approach, you will lead projects through the entire ADDIE development cycle, ensuring that our training efforts are aligned with business objectives. You will significantly impact the organization's learning culture, promoting effective knowledge transfer and skill enhancement among team members.

Accountabilities
• Assessing and addressing employee training needs through collaboration with management and subject-matter experts.
• Designing and developing engaging online courses, explainer videos, and learning materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Applying adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to support learners effectively.
• Leading projects through the ADDIE development cycle from conception to implementation.
• Creating polished final deliverables that adhere to brand guidelines and visual communication principles.
• Collaborating with a dynamic team of instructional designers, providing and incorporating constructive feedback.
• Gathering and analyzing data and feedback to continuously improve learning solutions.

Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or relevant discipline.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in e-learning development software (e.g., Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline).
• Experience working with complex technical content.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to project timelines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
