This role involves leading the development of training content and materials aligned with business processes and Applied Epic workflows, as well as collaborating with leadership to identify training gaps and content needs.ResponsibilitiesLead and support the development of training content and materials aligned to business processes and Applied Epic workflowsDesign and develop end-to-end curriculum components, including: job aids, presentations, workflow-based use cases and eLearning modulesCreate storyboards and digital learning contentPartner with leadership to identify training gaps and content needs across lines of businessEnsure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with system functionality and business processesSupport the creation of tools, templates, and frameworks for trainers to use in the fieldCollaborate with trainers and stakeholders to ensure materials support deployment and adoption effortsReinforce training strategy by contributing both hands-on development and strategic guidanceSkills5 + years of experience in training development, curriculum design, or learning and developmentProven experience building end-to-end training content for both: Instructor-led training (ILT); Virtual / remote learning; Hands-on experience developing; and eLearning (storyboarding + production)Experience developing job aids and training documentationExperience developing workflow-based training materialsExperience identifying and building training materials tied to system implementationsApplied Epic experience (required) with strong understanding of workflowsExperience creating training modules/content/eLearnings for Applied EpicExperience with Digital Adoption Platforms such as: WalkMe, Pendo, Digital Adoption StudioExperience with training evaluation frameworks such as: Kirkpatrick ModelExperience with change management methodologies such as: ADKAR / ProsciExperience supporting large-scale implementations or merger and acquisition integrationsBenefitsMedical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee Stock Ownership Plan401K offeredCompany OverviewKellyMitchell is a HR firm for IT and technical staffing for organizations globally.
