The Training Consultant role involves ensuring clients understand and effectively use the platform, conducting webinars and workshops, and providing on-site training to enhance client adoption and satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesRunning engaging webinars and workshops built around real wealth management use cases, not generic click-throughsHosting monthly Power Sessions on the advanced stuff (AI features, Services & Deals, integrations) that clients are hungry to learnTraveling to strategic clients about once a month for onsite, train-the-trainer sessions and the kind of relationship building that only happens in personActing as a trusted advisor during engagements, spotting adoption gaps, and giving honest, useful recommendationsKeeping the training calendar humming with a 95% on-time delivery rateSkills3-5 years of relevant training experience, ideally in software or technology.
