[Remote] Training and Instructional Design Specialist

They are seeking a Training and Instructional Design Specialist responsible for analyzing learning needs, designing training materials, and delivering engaging learning experiences to enhance capabilities across the FPS2 program.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing learning needsDesigning and developing training materialsDelivering engaging learning experiences that build capability across the FPS2 programCombining expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and facilitation skills to improve performance and support strategic objectivesSkillsAll candidates must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government.
